Below there is a short presentation of our company Torrefattori Associati S.p.A.

Torrefattori Associati SpA is an Italian roasting coffee company which owns the following brands: Rostkafe, Caffè Boasi and Caffè Pera

All these brands exist on the market since many years: 123 years (Rostkafé), 96 years (Caffè Boasi) and 73 years (Coffee Pera).

Years of success in the world of HoReCa and Vending not only on the Italian market, but also abroad in nearly 50 countries around the world (Europe, Russia, USA, South America, Africa, Middle East).

Our plants and our entire manufacturing process are certified ISO 9001 and the final product agrees with the rules of the International Food Standards-High Level (IFS): in 2007 we received these important certifications. Recently we received the certification for Organic Coffee and RA2020 (EX UTZ) coffee and Halal.

The production process takes place in the factories of Serravalle Scrivia on a total area of 20,000 sqm. of which 11,000 sqm are covered, producing capacity 300 quintals of coffee per day per work-shift.

At present, we produce about 5.800.000kg of coffee per year and we are among the first Italian coffee roasters Companies.

We can produce roasted ground coffee in ‘vacuum packs’ 250gr, roasted coffee in beans, ground coffee in capsule compatible with Nespresso, Lavazza Espresso Point, Lavazza Blue, Lavazza A Modo Mio and Dolce Gusto systems a far as in ESE pods 44mm.

Actually, n. 50 employees work in our factory and we have our own delivery network of about n. 40 commercial agents all around Italy.

We can list our main customers among the biggest dealers and distributors in Vending HoReCa and GDO market in Italy and abroad in case we can provide you a list of our main clients

In 2024 We installed a new 600kg Brambati roaster in Italy only 4 roasters of this type have been installed. Obviously, the roasting quality improved guaranteeing all our customers a significantly better product

At the end of 2025 beginning of 2026 purchase of a new packaging machines for 250gr ground coffee and relative boxing machine

Within the end of March 2026, purchase of a new packaging machine for 1kg beans and robotic palletisation machine.

Our company has and follows all the procedures for managing orders, returns, minimum stocks and complaints, according to its Quality Management System (QSG).
